Griffin and his mom got an easel for $2 at a rummage sale last weekend and we have been putting it to good use lately. He is very serious about his work and rarely smiles or laughs while painting. He calls it "draw"ing which is pretty cute. Please excuse the moving boxes behind him, although there will be more of those to come!

Your Dad's gene...but wait...when I look at the actual artwork, I'd say your MOM'S gene as her house looks like her dog looks like her car looks like her leaf...trust me...I'd been partnered with her for more Pictionary games than I'd have liked! :-) (And she always draws with a smile on her face anyway!)
