3 New Faves

Crawling up the stairs, crawling around naked and emptying any kind of container he can find. Those are some new favorite things.

New Things

Griffin has started a few new exciting things I wanted to post. He has learned how to crawl up the stairs already, we figured out. Just this morning Griffin heard me upstairs so Scott watched him from behind as he crawled up 8 stairs in a row, without any help from Scott. We NEED to get those baby gates up! Griffin has also started playing a game with Scott where he will chase (crawl after) Scott and then turn around and wait for him Scott to chase him. They do this from one bedroom to another for 2o minutes at a time. Lastly, we noticed a couple days ago that he has started playing peek-a-boo with pieces of furniture. He will stand up and hold on to our ottoman and squat down so you can't see him, then stand up quickly, smile at you, and do it again and again. Leaps and bounds!

Toys and Kisses

In the first picture Griffin is getting a kiss from his friend, Beckham. In ended up being pretty close to kissing his bottom, which was pretty funny. The other picture is Griffin in a sea of toys in his playroom. He loves it down there but it is cold...hence the hoodie.
In other news, he now has a tooth that came through on the top. This one was accompanied by some sleepless nights and now a fever, which may or may not have something to do with the tooth.

How big is Griffin?

Try not to get distracted by the sour grape face and the gagging. The child has an astonishing gag reflex, much to his parent's dismay.

Photo shoot day

These pictures were taken on the day of Griffin's photo shoot over the weekend. In one he is waving to me and in the other I had just told him "no" because he was trying to chew on Panera's table.

Swinging

Our neighbors have a swingset that has a baby swing so Griffin and I decided to try it out the other day. He laughed and squealed for the first couple swings and then just kinda relaxed after that, which is what you see in the pictures.

Mom's favorite thing

Every once in a while, when Griffin gets tired he loves to dance with his mom. We turn on some music and he puts his arms around my neck and his head on my shoulder and we dance. By far, my favorite thing in the world...

No no

Every time we say "no, no" he shakes his head now!
